Administrative Rights
The following will run you through to verify if you have administrative rights on your computer.
Step 1. Click the Start button on the lower left corner of your screen.

Step 2. Hover the mouse pointer over the Settings then click on the Control Panel.

This will open the Control Panel window.
Step 3. Click on the Users and Passwords Icon.

Step 4. Look for your user name (the name you log in to your computer with) under the User Name column.

Step 5. When you find your User Name, make sure that your group setting is Administrators.
Step 6. If the Group setting is set to anything other than, Administrator, contact your systems support to have them change this setting or install the needed software.
